Welcome to the MB Cleanings online webshop. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms of service below. Please read these carefully before placing an order.

We do our utmost to accurately describe and photograph products. However, please note that colors and details may vary depending on your screen settings. Any errors in product descriptions or prices are not binding, and we reserve the right to correct them.

All orders are only final after confirmation by e-mail. Payment must be made in advance via the offered payment methods (Bancontact, credit card, bank transfer). In case of an unsuccessful payment, the order will be automatically cancelled.

The prices on the website include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are charged separately and are visible during checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and your location. MB Cleanings is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Deliveries are made in Belgium and the Netherlands. For deliveries outside these regions, please contact us first.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving any reason. Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

All products are covered by the statutory warranty. Defects must be reported within a reasonable period after discovery. MB Cleanings cannot be held liable for damages caused by incorrect or improper use of the products.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR legislation. For more information on how we handle your data, please refer to our privacy policy.

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. In the event of disputes, only the courts of the district of Ghent have jurisdiction.

MB Cleanings reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time. The version applicable is the one visible at the time of the order.
